We delivered the Eggersmann Teuton Z60 shredder to CE-ZA-R Centar za reciklažu d.o.o. Zagreb, the largest member of the C.I.O.S. Group.
This is a simple yet highly versatile shredder, capable of performing everything from pre-shredding to final product processing using just one machine.
The three-meter-long shredding rotor is equipped with 30 tools, while the counter-cut comb features 19 cutting blades. Its simple and robust design allows for quick and flexible adjustment of the distance between the rotor tools and counter blades. Depending on specific requirements, different configurations are available to achieve the desired final product size.
After passing through the counter blades, the material falls onto a conveyor belt for the final product. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a screen basket, which covers the lower half of the rotor. In this case, the shredded material first falls into the screen basket, allowing for further adjustment of the final grain size.

- Rotor with replaceable spiral tools shreds material through counter blades.

- Rear discharge height up to 5,000 mm (track or wheel version).
- Integrated storage for all options.
- Hydraulic/mechanical drive system.
- Smart STAND-BY mode – the TEUTON automatically switches to standby when material feed stops and restarts automatically when feeding resumes.
- Centralized maintenance point for easy servicing.
- Neodymium magnetic separator with hydraulically adjustable working height enables discharge of metal residues on both sides.
